摘要
秋水仙碱作为一种微管解聚剂，具有广泛的抗炎和免疫抑制作用，近来研究表明也具有较强的抗纤维化作用。临床上不仅用于治疗痛风和某些肿瘤，而且对家族性地中海热、肾脏淀粉样变、某些皮肤病。纤维化性疾病的治疗及预防等也有效。本文简要综述了秋水仙碱药代动力学、药理作用机制及其在儿科临床中的最新治疗进展。
