摘要
目的 分析阿魏酸钠的抗动脉粥样硬化作用机制 ,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法 首先在体外进行低密度脂蛋白的氧化 ,然后分别与加有不同浓度的阿魏酸钠的人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC)共同孵育 ,测定培养基上清液中NO的含量 ,从而观察阿魏酸钠对氧化低密度脂蛋白所致HUVEC释放NO的影响。结果 阿魏酸钠能明显抑制HUVEC所致的NO下降作用 ,这种抑制作用无剂量依赖性。
Objective To study the mechanism of anti arteriosclerosis of asafoetida acid sodium(SF) so as to provide theory basis for clinical treatment.Methods Low density lipid(LDL) was oxidized in vitro, then coincubated with human umbilical venous endothelial cells(HUVEC) at different concentrations of SF.The levels of NO in the culture supernatant were measured in order to observe the effect of SF on OX LDL induced NO release in HUVEC.Results SF could obviously inhibit the decrease of NO release in HUVEC in no dose dependent manner. Conclusion The decrease of NO release could play a role in the mechanism of SF anti arteriosclerosis.
