Permeability of microporous membrane by direct contact membrane distillation

摘要 采用直接接触式膜蒸馏测定了材料和特性参数不同的 5种微孔疏水膜的渗透通量。通过对实验数据的拟合得到了每种膜的渗透系数与膜厚之比A/δ ,并计算了每种膜的过程热效率。根据计算结果确定出了一种渗透性能和热效率均为最佳的膜。A/δ随平均膜温的变化关系表明 。 The water fluxes through five kinds of microporous membrane, which were made of different materials, were measured by direct contact membrane distillation. A/δ of each membrane was obtained from experimental data by fitting data, and the thermal efficiency relating to each membrane was calculated. According to the calculated results, the most preferable membrane which had the best permeability and the highest thermal efficiency was found. The effect of m on A/δ has showed that Poiseuille flow exists in the process of mass transfer across the membrane.
