本文建立了测定金属硅中磷的方法。检出限为 0 .0 0 2 0 % ,回收率为 92 %— 10 4 %
The proposed spectrophotometric determination method of phosphorus in silicon metal with the blue made from bismuth,phosphorus & molybdenum is simple and rapid.The detection limit is 0.0020 % and the recovery in the range of 92%-104%.
