摘要
为了确定激光器在飞机上放电时机壳对地的电压 ,进行了模拟实验研究 ,介绍了模拟实验及电压测量的方法、过程和结果。研究表明 ,放电瞬间机壳对地有脉冲高压出现 ,但持续时间很短 ,只要此刻无人从飞机上下到地面 。
In order to make sure whether high voltage exists between the airframe and the ground when the laser discharges on the plane, the imitative experiments and the measurement of the high voltage on the airframe are carried out. This paper introduces the methods, process and results of the imitative experiments and high voltage measurement. The researches show that when discharge occurs pulse voltage exists between the airframe and ground. However the persistent time is very short. The laser discharging is not dangerous to people as long as nobody get off from the plane to ground meanwhile.
