摘要
电容式工频高压比例标准器由精密高、低压电容器以及二次测量线路组成 ,在工业化国家已有 70多年使用历史。目前广泛作为 10 0 k V以上工频电压比例标准器 ,用来校验电压互感器的误差。回顾了电容式工频高压比例标准器的发展历史 ,介绍了测量原理和校准技术。分析了在我国应用该项技术的前景。
The capacitive voltage ratio standards has been in services for more than 70 years. It consists of gaseous insulation capacitors in high voltage side and precise capacitors in low voltage side. Capacitive voltage ratio standards are widely used today in calibration of high voltage dividers and voltage instrument transformers up to 100 kV. This paper introduces the principle of the device, also discusses the application in our country.
