摘要
目的 研究香菊胶囊对急、慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法２８０例患者随机分成香菊胶囊试验组（２００例）和鼻窦炎口服液对照组（８０例），急性鼻窦炎疗程１０天，慢性鼻窦炎疗程２８天。结果 试验组和对照组对急性鼻窦炎的总有效率分别为９６．０％和８５．０％，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），试验组优于对照组；对慢性鼻窦炎总有效率分别为 ９２．０％和 ７２．５％，两组比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），试验组优于对照组。结论香菊胶囊对急、慢性鼻窦炎有较好的疗效，临床试验过程中未发现明显不良反应。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of a Xiangju Capsule (XC) on paranasal sinusitis. Methods 280 cases with acute or chronic nasosinusitis were randomly divid- ed into 2 groups, 200 cases in treating group (TG) which was treated with XC, and 80 cases in controlling group (CG) which was treated with Nasosinusitis Oral Liquid. The therapeutic course for acute nasosinusitis was lasted for 10 days, and for chronic one was 28 days. Results The ef- fective rates of TG were 96. 0% and 92. 0% for acute nasosinusitis and chronic one respectively, while they were 85. 0% and 72. 5% for the two different types of nasosinusitis respectively in CG. Hence, there were significant differences in the effecrive rates for the 2 groups (P<0. 01) and P<0. 05). Conclusion XC is very effective for the treatment of paranasal sinusitis, with no obvious side effects.
