摘要
一 引言 在钢板搪瓷的生产中,釉浆的涂搪性能是很关键的,其粘度、屈服值和触变性是描述涂搪性能最重要的参数,可见釉浆流变性的研究对提高其性能是很重要的。但是,目前国内对搪瓷釉浆流变性的研究较少,而且大多数只是用搪瓷行业传统的测试方法(如塌落法等)
The Influence of various factors on the rhoological characteristics of the onamel slip has been investigated systematically by uso of the rotational viscosimeter. It has shown that the enamel slip may bo approximately as a plastic fluid whose rheological behavior follows the empirical formula τ=f+-ηD+αD2/(b+D2). The typo of suspending agont, unit weight, grain size, pH value, oleotrolyties and temperature of the slip, all have some influence on rhoological characteristics. The results obtained are useful both for practical production, and theoretical analysis.
