摘要
根据现行农村生产体制的特点和目前推广应用的节水灌溉技术情况 ,本文从提高农民的节水意识、实行区域化种植以及搞好规划设计等三个方面 。
According to the characteristics of existing agricultural production system and to the currently popularized water-saving irrigation techniques,the views on how to make full use of water-saving irrigation' benefit are illustrated from the three aspects of improving the peasants' water-saving consciousness,implementing regional planting and making the plan and design well in this paper.
