摘要
目的 了解老年糖尿病患者的心理状况及其影响因素。方法 采用症状自评量表对 1 88例门诊老年糖尿病患者进行调查。结果 老年糖尿病患者的心理痛苦程度较高 ,主要表现为睡眠饮食障碍和精神病性 ;心理状况与退休后是否参加工作、疾病严重程度成正相关。
Objective To study the psychological status and influential factors in elderly with diabetes.Method 188 elderly outpatients with diabetes were tested by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results Their distress level was higher.The main symptoms were sleep and dietetic disorder,psychoticism.The more serious diseases and not doing jobs after retired,the worse their mental health was.Conclusions The main approach to improve mental status of the elderly with diabetes is to control diseases well and to go on to jobs in retirement.
