摘要
本文采用“WHO与ICCIDD制定的碘缺乏病防治标准与方法”中建议的硫酸铈法对石河子市 75 2例、奎屯市 5 2 0例和塔城三地区 994例青少年的尿碘进行了测定分析。结果表明 3个城市青少年群体平均尿碘值间均有非常显著的统计学差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ,且尿碘分布均为正偏态。根据百分位数 ,石河子市青少年尿碘参考值范围为 5 0 - 3 96μgI-/L、奎屯为 5 0 -4 4 4 μgI-/L、塔城为 5 6- 3 81μgI-/L。石河子、奎屯和塔城市青少年群体中的缺碘频率分别为 2 4 %、1 7%和 8 4 %。塔城市青少年缺碘频率高于石河子和奎屯地区 ,有非常显著的统计学差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。结果提示 ,“环境因素”是导致不同地区相同民族尿碘差异性的根本原因。由于群体尿碘服从正偏态分布 ,采用百分位数法确定尿碘参考值比较合理。它有利于各地区对人群补碘量的掌握 ,并以此来克服“环境缺碘”
We determined 752 callan's uric iodine from Shihezi,520 from Kuitun and 994 from Tacheng,with cerous sulfate feducing reaction by which WHO and ICCIDD draw up the preventive and curative criteria of iodine deficiency.The result indicates that there is very notable difference among the callan's uric iodine of the three cities (P<0.001),and the distributing of their uric iodine show itself positive skewness.The referenced value of the callan's uric iodine from Shihezi is 50-396 μg/L,Kuitun is 50-444μg/L,Tacheng is 56-381μg/L.The rate of the callans'iodine deficiency from Shihezi is 2.4%,Kuitun is 1.7%,Tacheng is 8.4%.There is very notable difference between Tacheng and the other two cities(P<0.001).The result indicates that the factor of the environment is the mostly cause of the uric iodine's difference between two cities.As the distributing of colony's uric iodine show itself positive skewness,it's reasonable to confirm the referenced value of the callan's uric iodine by percentile method.This can help us to know the quantity of iodine's complement,and to conquer the iodine deficiency.
