摘要
目的 了解性乱人群典型皮损及无皮损的生殖道分泌物中 2型单纯疱疹病毒 (HSV2 )的感染情况。方法 用PCR法对衡阳地区 310例性乱者作HSV2 -DNA检测。结果 187例典型皮损的性乱人群中 ,115例检出HSV2 -DNA ,阳性率为 6 1.5 % ,其中男性阳性率为 5 4 .9% ,女性阳性率为 77.8% ,男女之间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。 12 3例无皮损性乱人群中 ,2 8例检出HSV2 -DNA ,HSV2 -DNA检出率为 2 2 .8% ,其中男性阳性率为 2 0 .9% ,女性阳性率为 2 7.0 %。结论 衡阳地区性乱人群中HSV2 有较高的感染率 ,典型皮损区HSV2 -DNA检出率高于无皮损的生殖道分泌物。
Objective:To investigate the infection of HSV 2 among the promiscuous population. Methods:PCR technique was applied to examine HSV 2 in 310 patients in our district.Results:In 187 promiscuous persons with typical skin lesions,the total positive rate was 61.5% for infection of HSV 2(115/187),there was a statistically significant difference between the males and the females(P<0.05).In 123 promiscuous individuals without skin lesions,the male's and the female's positive rate accounted for 20.9% and 27.0% respectively.Conclusion:There is a high infection rate of HSV 2 among promiscuous populations in our district.HSV 2-DNA positive rate of the typical skin lesions is higher than that of genital secretion without skin lesion.
