丙型肝炎是一种在全球流行甚广的病毒性传染病 ,目前还没有特效的治疗药物和预防方法 ,对人类健康危害很大 ,因此 ,急需发展预防性和治疗性疫苗来控制丙型肝炎病毒的感染。T细胞介导的细胞免疫因具有清除病毒感染的重要作用 ,在丙型肝炎疫苗研究中受到越来越大的关注 ,本文就T细胞免疫的重要性及CD4 + 和CD8+
Hepatitis C is an important communicable disease endangering the public health enormously in the world. At present,there is no effective curative and preventive measure against HCV infection,so it is necessary to develop preventive or therapeutic vaccines to control HCV infection. T cells are believed to play the main role in clearance of the virus and become a hot spot in the study of HCV vaccines. In this article,the importance of T cell immunity and CD4 +,CD8 + T cell antigenic epitopes were reviewed briefly.
