摘要 从“八五”到“九五”期间进行了真实煤气的高温煤气除尘及高温脱硫技术研究。高温陶瓷过滤器试验达到 99%以上的除尘效率 ;研制开发了铁、锌、铜、锰等系列高温煤气脱硫剂 ,开发有自主知识产权的采用气流床脱硫和移动床再生的高温煤气脱硫SMOVEN工艺 ,装备有包括气化炉、高温除尘、热煤气输送和热煤气脱硫的整体真实煤气试验系统 ,煤气处理量为 15m3/h ,煤气脱硫效率大于 99% ,经高温脱硫后的热煤气完全可以满足燃气轮机及环保的需要。此外 。 From'8th five years'to '9th five years',thchnique of gas cleaned and desulfur with high-temperature is researched.Test of high-temperature ceramics filter can get 99 percent with gas cleaned;high-temperature desulfur dosage with Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn have been opened up.High-temperature gas desulfur SMOVEN Craft of entrained flow desulfur and moving-bed regeneration have intellectual property rights,these are whole real test system consist of gasification stove.High-temperature cleaning,hot gas desult,treatment of gas get 15 m 3/h,efficiency of gas desulfur is up 99 percent,after desulfur by high temperature,hot gas can get satisfied demands to combustion gas turbine and environmented protection.This paper also describes developing prospect of coal gasification in our country.
