摘要
梅山选矿厂新尾矿系统一投入运行就面临严峻考验 ,尤其在冬季 ,浓缩机严重跑浑 ,矿浆难以平衡 ,整个系统处于无序状态。为此 ,实施了一系列工艺技术改造 ,包括减少重选尾矿浓缩机给矿量、尾矿浓缩机高效化改造、尾矿浓缩机加药沉降、尾矿库回水就地排放、尾矿隔膜泵改造、增建机械加速沉淀池、深锥高效浓密机试验研究等 ,取得了较好效果 ,为选矿二期达产创造了条件。
The new tailings system at Meishan Concentrator faced severe test at its early period operation.Especially in winter,the system was in disorder because of very muddy overflow of the tailings thickening wells and uneven pulp densities.A series of technological transformation measures were taken which included reducing the feed to the tailings thickening well of gravity separation,increasing the efficiency of tailings thickening wells,increasing the pulp settlement in the thickening wells by adding agents,on site discharge of the recycled water of tailings reservoir,technical transformation of diaphragm pumps for tailings,building more settling tanks with mechanical accelerating device and test on deep cone high capacity thickener.Good results have been achieved so as to create conditions for reaching at the designed capacity of the second phase project.
