摘要
武钢程潮铁矿西区一期建设工程主要开采Ⅲ # 矿体 ,由于矿体围岩稳固、难于自然冒落 ,生产中存在着合理放顶保证生产安全的问题。为此 ,从主放顶层水平、覆盖层构成 ,可比基建工程规模、投资和工期 ,施工管理等几个方面对该缓倾斜厚矿体无底柱分段崩落采矿法放顶问题进行了探讨 ,推荐了技术经济合理 ,管理有效的放顶方案 ,该方案已在生产中实施。
The first phase construction project in the west district of Chengchao Iron Mine of Wuhan Steel is mainly for mining No.3 Orebody.Because of its stable surrounding rock which is difficult to cave spontaneously,there existed a challenge of rational cover caving to ensure a safe production.For this,study was made on the cover caving in sublevel caving of the slighty dipped thick orebody from the aspects of the major caving level,cover composition,comparable capital construction scale,investment and duration and construction management.As a result,an economically and technologically rational and administratively efficient cover caving scheme was recommended and has been implemented in the production.
