摘要
用邯郸地区膨润土提纯出的钙蒙脱石和人工改性的钠蒙脱石分别成功地制备出Al/Cr、Al/Fe柱撑蒙脱石 ,利用XRD对柱撑蒙脱石的层间域进行了分析。还分析了Al:Cr、Al:Fe和OH/Cr+Al比率对合成柱撑蒙脱石的影响。探讨了聚合离子的水解程度 ,蒙脱石的层间离子影响柱撑蒙脱石合成的机理。
Al/Cr,Al/Fe pillared montmorillonite has been made successfully by Handan Ca-montmorillonite and Na-montmorillonite(comes from Ca-montmorillonite modified with NaCO 3).The crystal space (d 001 ) is measured with XRD . The ratio of Al:Cr, Al:Fe, and OH/Al+Cr on which influence synthesizing pillared montmorillonite are discussed . Also, a synthesizing mechanism of pillared montmorillonite for both Ca- and Na-montmorillonite are concluded .
