摘要
在对现场操作条件进行认真查定和核算的基础上 ,建立了裂解汽油加氢的数学模型 ,并对烯烃厂加氢操作进行了模拟计算与分析 ,找出了影响苯加氢反应的关键因素和减少副反应的技术措施 ,该措施对减少苯的损失。
A mathematic model of cracking gasoline hydrogenation is developed based on careful inspection and computation of the site operating conditions.Through analog computation,the factors affecting benzene hydrogenation are found out and concrete measures to reduce side reactions are also provided.The measures may give a reference to reduce the loss of benzene and extend the life of the catalyst.
