摘要
分析了基于信息网络的异地合作研究和开发的新模式———虚拟研发组织。研究了在工程塑料行业建立的必要性和可行性 。
In this paper, the modus of cooperative investigation and development in different regions-Virtual research along with development (R&D) organization based on the information net is analyzed. The necessity and feasibility of establishment in engineering plastics business and how to go on test and foundation are also discussed.
