摘要
报告5例女性骨盆骨折合并阴道损伤,占骨盆骨折41例中的12.2％。均为交通事故伤,都合并有失血性休克。开放伤3例,闭合伤2例。治疗作阴道修补术2例,用碘仿纱条填塞阴道2例,未作处理1例。均治愈。阴道损伤表现为四型:横行撕裂伤、纵行撕裂伤、斜行撕裂伤和刺伤。强调早期诊断,及时治疗以防止合并症。
Five cases of pelvic fracture with vaginal injury have been reported,occupying 12.2% of 41 cas- es of pelvic fracture. All the patients suffered from traffic accident and had hemorrhagic shock. Of the 5 cases, 3 were ppen fracture and 2 closed. 2 cases underwent vaginal repair, 2 cases had vaginal pack- ing with iodoform gauze. 1 case did not receive any treatment. All the patients recovered well. Vaginal injury appeared as 4 types:transverse lacerated wound,longitudinal lacerated wound, oblique lacerated wound and stab wound. In ordder to prevent complications,early diagnosis and. treatment should be stressed.
