摘要
体外用吡喹酮药液处理后的日本血吸虫鲜卵进行环卵沉淀试验(COPT)。0.01μg/ml以下浓度药液不能抑制COPT;0.1ug/ml处理60min,1μg/ml处理30min的虫卵,其COPT环沉率及反应强度显著降低。药液浓度与环沉率及反应强度呈负相关。
Circumoval Preclpitin test (COPT)was carried out by using purified Schistosoma Japonicum eggs which were incubated with 0.001--10ug/ml concentrations of praziquantel in vitro for 30--120min previously. The results showed that no inhibition of COPT was noted for eggs which were treated with praziquantel in concentrations below 0.1ug/ml. Both the positive rate and intensity of COPT were sig- nificantly reduced in eggs which were incubated with praziquantel in concentration of 0.1ug/ml for 60 --120min or 1--10 ug/ml for 30--120 min. The relationship between drug concentration and COPT positive rate or reaction intensity showed negative correlationships. It is a new evidence that praziquan- tel has inhibitory effect on eggs of Schistosoma Japonicum by means of immunological method. The significance of COPT inhibition has been discussed.
