摘要
采用拇趾甲皮瓣游离移植再造拇指、食指3例,共4指,获得成功。对其病例和手术方法作了介绍,并就手术适应证的选择、优点和足部的供区问题作了讨论。
The thumb and indicator of 3 cases (4 fingers) were reconstructed using transplantatiorl of the big toenail s-kin flap successfully.The author reports the clinical features of these cases and the method of the operation in detail.The selection of indication,the advantage of the operation,and the problem of the blood supply of the foot are also discussed.
