摘要
84例头颈部恶性肿瘤急诊患者,其中表现为出血45例;呼吸困难39例。经治疗后出血患者30例痊愈,呼吸困难者无一例死亡。本文对出血和呼吸困难的治疗方法进行了介绍和讨论。
Eighty four emergency patients with malignant tumor of hesd and neck were treated in our hospi- tal.Bleeding happened in 45 patients.Dyspnea was found in 39 patients.After tretment;Bleeding pa- tients recovered.All patients with dyspnea were cured.The methods of treatment for bleeding and dys- pned are discussed and analysed.
