摘要
报告462例急性淋病性尿道炎,男444例,女18例。年龄21～30岁者326例,占75%.男性多有典型症状,女性症状不明显。急性期分泌物涂片均查找到淋病双球菌.430例痊愈,32例有复发.治疗宜用大剂量青霉素,同时用丙磺舒。青霉素过敏或耐药者采用先锋霉素或四环素,并进行了讨论。
In this paper,four hundred and sixty two cases with acute gonorr- heal urethritis are reported,among which 444 cases are male and 18 are female.The great majority of patients(326 cases,at the age of 21-30,a- bout 75% of total patients)are/young people with high sexual desire. Nonhygienic Sexual intercourse is the main route of transmission.The symptoms of male patients are more obvious than those of females.Go- ococci can be found in smear made from urethral secretion of patients during acute stage.430 cases have been healed and 32 cases have recurra- nce.A large close of pehicillin combining with probenecid is suggested for the treatment of gonorrhea.If the patients are allergic or tolerant to penicillin,cephalosporins or tetracycline should be used.Problems a- bout diagnosis and treatment are also discussed.
