摘要 对组胺的荧光分析方法进行了改进,组胺的提取和荧光测定仅用0.2ml抗凝全血。方法简化,减少了操作误差,可节省试剂、器皿和时间;其回收率达到91—93%;敏感性高,最低检出限为0.18ng/ml,较Shore法提高28倍;具有特异性强,重现性好的优点。 Fluorometric assay of histamine has been improved by this method. For histamine extraction and fluorometric determination, only 0.2ml of anticoagulated blood is needed. The method has been much simplified by reducing errors during operation and saving reagents apparatuses and time.Its retrieval rate may be as high as 91~93% and its sensitivity considerable great, with the lowest positive value being 0.18 ng/ml, raised by 28 times higher than that of Shore's method. In addition, it has the advantages in high specificity and good stability.
