摘要
报告应用阴囊纵隔血管蒂皮瓣修复尿道下裂12例。年龄最小7岁,最大21岁。均为阴茎弯曲矫正和尿道重建一次完成手术,随访2～4年,疗效均佳。出于该皮瓣为神经血管存在的带蒂皮瓣,重建尿道甚为理想。对可能出现的并发症进行了讨论.
Twelve patients of hypospadias aging from 7 to 21 years were repa- ired with vascular pedicled flaps from septum scroti.In all cases the straightening of penis and the reconstruction of urethra were accompl- ished in one operation.Follow-up of 2 to 4 years proved good results- in all cases.The reconstruction of urethra was rather ideal for the fl- aps were with blood vessels and nerves.The possible complications were also discussed
