摘要
本文对18例寻常型天疱疮进行了临床总结。发现口腔损害,发病率高达77%;口腔损害先于全身皮疹者占50%;口腔溃疡愈合缓慢。随访观察10例,提出必须重视口腔损害,尽早诊断与治疗可争取到较好的预后。对本病的激素治疗及其并发症和中草药疗效进行了讨论。
Eighteen cases of pemphigus vulgaris were summarized.The inci- dence of oral lesions was as high as 77%.Among them 50% had visible oral lesions earlier than skin lesions.After trestment the oral ulcer he- aled very slowly and the relief rate was not high.It is suggested that great attention should be paid to the oral lesion in order to establish an early diagnosis and treatment for a better prognosis.The hormonother- apy and its complications and the curative effect of Chinese herbal me- dicine were discussed.
