摘要
本药膜以中药白芨为成膜材料,既有药效,又有良好的成膜性能和粘着性,还载有肿节风、三七、板兰根、冰片等中药,在口腔内药效时间长。应用于口腔溃疡性病变,包括复发性口疮,扁平苔癣、创伤性溃疡、疱疹性口炎、慢性唇炎、腭皱襞区剥脱性炎症等治疗,经随访100例,显效和好转率为95%。
Orabse is an excellent new form of drugs adapting the oral environ- ment.We use bletilla striata as the base material.It not only posseses the medicinal efficacy and good adhesion to oral membrane,but also forms orabase and carry other drugs.Applicating it to oral cavity,the agents carried can be delivered slowly that its efficacy can be kept lon- ger and systemic medicine can be omitted or diminished.Its formula,me- thod of prepation and clinical observation have been reported in this pa- per.100 cases with oral ulceration such as recurrent aphthous ulcer, lichenplanus,traumatic ulcer,stomatitis herpetic,chronic chilitis and erosive lesion on plica palatinae have been medicated topically,The effe- ctive rate is 95%.
