摘要
本文介绍了利用复合塔盘技术和烷基化装置部分闲置设备对气体分馏装置进行扩能改造的新途径 ,提高了气体分馏装置的处理能力和丙烯的回收率 ,而且不影响烷基化装置在必要时重新运行 ,这使气分装置扩能改造具有投资少 ,见效快。
This paper briefly introduces new methods to revamp gas separation unit by compound tray of floating valveand sieve mesh, and some equipment of alkylation unit. The capability and the recovery of propene of gas separation unitare improved dramatically. The methods have no effects on the rerunningof the alkylation unit. The merit of the methods is that the investment is low and the benefit is quickly achieved.
