摘要 研究了影响精密挤出的因素,研制出了精密挤出实验台。用该实验台对LDPE进行了初步挤出实验,并与普通挤出机的实验结果进行了对比。结果表明,该实验台能显著控制高聚物挤出制品的产量波动。 Development of an experiment equipment of precise extrusion and the problem of polymer precise extrusion processing on that equipment was described. Factors affecting precision of polymer extrusion processing were studied and a design plan was made accordingly. The equipment is capable of online measurement and recording size and flow rate of extrusion that offers feedback signal for closed loop control. Test for LDPE on the equipment showed that precise extrusion had 2% fluctuation.
