摘要
在我国现行外贸体制下 ,存在着各种外贸借权和挂靠经营的现象。本文对外贸借权和挂靠经营的现象进行了剖析 ,揭示了外贸借权和挂靠经营现象产生的原因、背景及其危害性 ,并结合当前出现的一些新情况提出了相应的对策。
Under the current foreign trade system of our country,there are various phenomenons about borrowing and nominally using the rights of foreign trade business.This paper analyses its emergeb reason,background,and harmfulness.The paper also points out its new characteristics and proposes relevant countermeasures accordingly.
