摘要
采用透射电镜、俄歇能谱及X射线衍射等手段 ,研究了稀土在硬质合金中的分布形态及存在方式、合金界面元素分布情况及粘结相中溶质原子的浓度变化。结果表明 :稀土相阻止了W、Ti等溶质原子在粘结相中的溶解析出过程 ,增强了对粘结相的固溶强化作用。
Transmission microscope and X_ray diffraction methods were used to study the distribution and existence of RE on cemented carbide, the concentration's change in solute atoms of bonded phase. The research results showed that RE can prevent the resolution of W, Ti form bonded phase and strengthen the solution action of bonded phase.
