用复型扫描电镜方法,对四只成年、健康猴小脑皮质内微血管的三维构筑进行了观察。猴小脑的皮质内血管直接来源于软脑膜动、静脉。这些血管都垂直于小脑皮质的表面进入皮质。根据皮质内血管进入皮质的深度不同,可将其分为:①皮质短动、静脉;②皮质中间动、静脉;③皮质长动、静脉。此外,进一步观察了小脑的血管单位,它是由1~2条位于中央的皮质长静脉和在周围的8~10条皮质内动脉组成。这与大脑皮质内微血管单位的构筑形式相似。
Three-dimensional microangioarchitecture of the cerebellar cortex was studied with the replica scanning electron microscope in four healthy adult monkeys. The vessels of cerebellar cortex in the monkey directly originated from pial arteries and veins. These vessels entered the cortex perpendicularly to the cortical surface. According to the different depth in which intracortical vessels entered, these vessels may be classified into the following three categories: 1. short cortical arteries and veins; 2. intermediate cortical arteries and veins; 3. long cortical arteries and veins. Furthermore, a vascular unit was observed, which consisted of one to two long cortical veins situated centrally and eight to ten intracortical arteries peripherally. It is similer to the microvascular unit of the cerebral cortex.
