摘要
淮河入海水道工程是国家重点工程，为确保淤土地段堤防施工安全，有必要进行施工变形观测。主要介绍施工变形控制网和观测点的建立与观测方法以及数据处理与分析。
The Huaihe water course to the sea is an important project of the country. To ensure the safety of the levee construction in soft soil area, deformation survey is necessary. This paper introduces not only the development of monitoring control network and determination of observation points, but also data processing and deformation analysis.
