摘要
本文对100例不同类型的心脏病人在手术前、中、后做了动脉血气监测,结果显示心脏病人于术前多有酸碱平衡失常,且在术中及术后有不同程度的变化。提示在心脏手术过程中及手术前后动态监测患者的血气变化,可及时发现酸碱失衡类型,对指导治疗有一定参考价值。
Arterial blood gases were measured in 100 patients with different heart disease before, during and after the operation. The results showed that most of the patients with heart disease had acid-base disturbances before operation, and the changes persisted in various degree during and after the operation. To monitor kinetically the alteration of arterial blood gases in cardiac surgery can reveal the type of acid-base disturbances and is of value to guide treatment.
