摘要
1987年对河北医学院1146名在校生和508名新生进行了结核感染状况调查,发现两组学生结核菌素试验阴性率分别为54.4％和53.3％(P>0.05)结核菌素试验强阳性率分别为5.5％和53.4％(P<0.01),有卡率为20％和27％,无卡率79％和73％,同时对在校生进行了查体,结核病的患病率为4.18‰,通过调查了解到学生结核的感染现状,为今后制订防痨措施提供依据。
In 1987 tuberculin test and BCG scar were examined in 1146 college students and 508 freshmen. The percentage of negative and strong positive tuberculin test in these two groups was 54.4% and 5.5%, 53.3% and 53.4%, respectively. BCG scar was found in 234 students (20%) and 137 freshmen (27%). A general survey was made in 1146 students by X-ray examination and the morbidity of pulmonary tuberculosis was 4.18‰. I't provided the status of tuberculosis infection of the college students for designing preventive measures.
