摘要
要对各类企业进行科学的管理 ,不实行民主就无以从实际出发 ;没有法律手段来调整各自的权利和义务 ,就会天下大乱。首次提出了智力经济的发展。为使智力经济稳步发展 ,必须以人才战略为基础 ,以管理、科教及资金为支撑点。
The management to the enterprise should be scientifically. The development of intelligence economy was pointed out firstly. To make the intelligence economy developing healthily, the talent strategy must be carried out as foundation, the management, science and training, finance as the bearing point.
