介绍了我国 2 0 0 0年网上采购的情况 ,论述了电子商务环境下采购管理的特点 ,总结了比较传统采购的优点。
The development of procurement on the net in 2000 in China is introduced. The characteristics of procurement management under the e-commerce circumstance are discussed. The advantages of e-commerce over the traditional procurement are summarized.
