摘要
本文报告用锁骨挺胸外固定带治疗锁骨骨折50例,用其他方法治疗10例。作者根据力的作用部位、作用方向及背部的受力面积,结合临床进行力学分析,指出本带具有明显的挺胸和伸展锁骨的作用,在某些方面优于其他固定方法。作者推荐本带,并认为本带为治疗锁骨骨折较理想的器具。
Fifty cases of clavicular fracture treated with a new chest-extended band were reported and another ten cases (treated) with other methods as controls. By associating the force exerted points, direction and extent on the back, the mechanical analysis was performed. It showed that the new band had an obvious effect on extending chest and clavicle. It was superior to plaster fixation and other methods in the treatment of clavicular fracture, we suggested that it should be a better way to treat various kinds of clavicular fracture.
