摘要
本文报告了胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤41例,其中良性平滑肌肿瘤28例(平滑肌瘤26例,平滑肌母细胞瘤2例);恶性平滑肌肿瘤13例(平滑肌肉瘤11例,平滑肌母细胞肉瘤2例)。该病主要临床表现为,消化道出血,腹部肿块,腹痛,肠梗阻。结合文献对诊断和治疗进行了讨论。
Forty-one cases of the smooth muscle tumors of the gastrointestinal tracl were reported. This report involved 28 cases of benign smooth muscle tumors (26 cases of leiomyoma, 2 eases of leiomyoblastoma) and 13 eases of malignant smooth muscle tumors (11 cases of leiomyosaeoma, 2 cases of malignant leiomyoblastoma). These tumors were clinically manifested as gastrointestinal hemorrhage, abdominal mass, abdominal pain and intestinal obstruction. The literatures were reviewed and diagnosis and treatment of smooth muscle tumors of gastrointestinal tract were discussed.
