摘要
本文总结了112例经气管导管使用高频和常频喷射通气配合静脉麻醉的经验。在通气过程中绝大多数病人的血压、脉搏基本稳定。随机对44例患者做了动脉血气分析。通气后PaO_2均约升高3倍,SatO_2>97.31±0.87%(P<0.01);PaCO_24.49±0.50~3.99±0.48kPa,降低(P<0.01);pH无显著变化(P>0.05)。提示此法能充分供氧和排出二氧化碳,配合静脉麻醉行控制或辅助呼吸是安全可靠的。但有二氧化碳排出偏多的倾向,应予以注意。
This paper summarized the experiences of intravenous anesthesia together with the high and normal frequency jet ventilation in 112 patients. During the course of ventilation the blood pressure and pulse remained stable in the majority of cases. Arterial blood gas analysis was randomly undertaken in 44 patients. After ventilation the PaO_2 was about three times higher,the SatO_2 more than 97.31±0.87%, and PaCo_2 (4.49±0.50~3.99±0.48kPa)lowered (P<0.01). The change of pH was insignifiant(P>0.05).These findings indicated that this method could offer more oxygen and eliminate the carbon dioxide effectively. It was safe and might be used for controlling or assisting breathing in intravenous anesthesia. The tendency of eliminating more carbon diox de should be taken into acount.
