摘要
用 RS和 GIS对降水、径流、地下水与流域下垫面特征值的分析 ,将遥感信息转化为水文信息。在此基础上 ,通过数学模型准确直观地展现出水资源时空分布规律 ,结合水资源利用现状 。
Analyzing the precipitation?runoff?groundwater?drainage area's surface and ch aracteristic value converts the information of RS into hydrologic information. A t the base of this, the water resource's distributing rule is aid out precisely and intuitively in time and space through arithmetic model. Combining the utiliz ed presentation of water resource, we can calculate the water resource's develop ment potentiality.
