摘要
循环冷却水水质差是冷凝器表面结垢的主要原因。本文说明了污垢形成的机理并对污垢热阻与其它热阻进行了计算和分析 ,得出 :污垢热阻与管内、外对流换热热阻属同一数量级 ,与之相比管壁热阻可忽略不计。这表明冷凝器结垢后传热系数将急剧下降 ,传热效率大大降低。因此 ,应加强循环冷却水的水质处理 ,并及时清垢 。
The circulating cooling water of low quality is the primary reason for incrustation. This paper analyses the mechanism of the formation of incrustation and calculates the various heat resistance in condenser. It is found that the heat resistance of the incrustation and the convective heat transfer are of the same magnitude order, and the pipe heat resistance is negligibly small. This shows that incrustation will cause the sudden drop of the heat transfer coefficient. So, only by augmenting the cooling water treatment and clearing away the incrustation in time can the heat transfer property be improved.
