摘要 文章在已有的统一本构模型的基础上 ,将粘弹性变形引入到统一本构模型之中 ,成功地改善了材料过渡段的变形模拟情况。通过 Hastelloy- X的变形模拟及与其它统一本构模型的变形模拟比较 。 The unified visco-elastic-plastic constitutive model in which the visco-elastic deformations are introduced is presented. It is better to simulate the deformations of transition section between the elastic and plastic deformations. It is used for the prediction of Hastelloy-X deformation under cyclic loading with different temperature and different loading rate. The results are satisfactory. The deformations which are predicted by this unified constitutive models are the best fit for those of experiments. The comparison with other unified constitutive model shows that the new model has many superiorities: (1)only a set of parameters for different temperature process, (2)more accurate to simulate the deformation history for various different loading and unloading case, (3)more accurate predicted values than other unified constitutive model.
