摘要
目的 :为探讨恶性肿瘤相关物质 (Tumorsuppliedgroupoffactor,TSGF)对恶性肿瘤早期诊断的临床价值。方法 :采用福建新大陆生物公司的TSGF测定试剂盒对 180例人血清TSGF含量进行检测。结果 :健康对照组、恶性肿瘤及非恶性肿瘤病人 (炎症除外 )TSGF含量及阳性率存在显著差异 (P <0 0 1或 0 0 5 )。结论 :TSGF检测是恶性肿瘤早期诊断灵敏而广谱的项目 ,可列为健康体检的一项指标。
Objective To study the clinical significan a of TSGF in serum of people with malignant tumor.Method TSGF Diagnostic Reageat Kit from Newland life Technologies Co Ltd was used to detormine the TSGF in nomal.Tumor and non-Tumor patients.Results there is a marked difference Between Normal.Non-tumor and tumer patients( P <0 01 or 0 05).Conclusion This result suggested that determine TSGF can aid to discorer tumor early.
