摘要
一、前言 随着我国化工、医药工业的蓬勃发展,对搪玻璃反应罐的需求剧增。但国内还没有合适的搪玻璃专用钢,大多数厂家以A_3做原板,也有的用国外进口JISSM41B和DINRSt37—2等钢板,由于这类钢板涂搪性差,搪烧废品高,成品使用周期短,造成很大的浪费。因此,试制国产的搪玻璃专用钢板已是当务之急。
The 145 reaction tanks of 1, 000 ~ 2,000 litres were trial produced by Beijing Chemical Engineering Equipment Plant, Suzhou Enamelling Equipment Plant, and Ningbo Chemical Engineering Machinery Plant by using a new sheet 08HT which is specially designed for enamelling (thickness<14mm). It shows that the cold and hot forming behaviour, weldability, and enamelling properties of 08HT are satisfactory. The enamelling behaviour is similar to that of titanium containing steel, while its cost is lower and surface quality is better. It needs less grinding or even no grinding before enamelling. The mechanical strength of the new sheet after repeated enamelling is higher than that of titaniom containing steel. The new enamelling sheet has, therefore, a bright future.
