摘要
目的 探讨凯妮汀阴道片治疗霉菌性阴道炎的治疗效果 。方法 3种用药方案(凯妮汀阴道片1片，150mg氟康唑单剂量口服及同时应用)比较研究，用χ2检 验及Ridit分析比较治疗效果。结果 3种方案的治愈率和有效率比较，第一次随访有显著性差异(χ2＝9.8665，P＝0.0072)；第二次随访无显著性差异(χ2＝4.1354，P＝0.1 265)。提示从第一次随访看Ⅲ号方案好，起效快；从第二次随访看3种方案无差别。两次随 访Ⅲ号方案R值均最高(0.617，0.580)。结论 凯妮汀阴道片可用于治疗 霉菌性阴道炎，适用于医院推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To study treatment efficacy of Candida vaginitis using Canesten vaginal tablet.METHODS The treatment efficacy of three using drug plans(one pink of Canesten vaginal tablet; ornal taking of single dosage of 150mg FCZ and both of two plans above)was compared by χ2 examination and Ridit analysis.RESULTS There are significant diffrernse in rate of cure of effective patients among the three plans in the first visit(χ2＝9.8665,P＝0.0072 ),but no differense in the second visit(χ2＝4.1354，P＝0.1256).Menu Ridit of the third plan is the highest(0.617，0.580).These results showed that the third plan is the best,and other two plans were good. CONCLUSION Canesten vaginal tablet can be used to treat Candida vaginitis,and is suitable to adapt for the hospital.
