摘要
目的 :探讨分别以抗胸腺细胞球蛋白 ( ATG)及环孢霉素 A( Cs A )为主的方案治疗重型再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法 :ATG组 6例 ,ATG(马血清 ,法国 ) 12 m g/ ( kg· d)静脉滴注 ,第 1天～第 5天 ;Cs A组 6例 ,Cs A3 mg/ ( kg·d)～ 5 m g/ ( kg· d)口服 ,3个月～ 12个月。结果 :ATG组 2例基本治愈 ,1例缓解 ,1例明显进步 ,有效率 66.7% ,Cs A组基本治愈 2例 ,明显进步 2例 ,有效率 66.7% ,两组间疗效无差别。结论 :ATG与 Cs A治疗重型再生障碍性贫血的疗效是相同的。
Objective:To study the effect of severe aplastic anemia treated with antithymocytic globulin(ATG) and cyclosporin A(CsA) respectively.Methods:ATG group 6 cases,ATG(serum form horse,Franse) 12 mg/(kg·d) were given by intravenous injection from first to fifth day;CsA group 6 cases,CsA 3 mg/(kg·d)～5 mg/(kg·d) were given for three to twelve months.Results:In ATG group,two cases were almost cured,one case was relieved,one case was significantly improved,and the effective rate is 66.7 %.In CsA group,two cases were almost cured,two cases were significantly improved,and the effective rate is 66.7 %.Difference is not significant between the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of severe aplastic anemia treated with ATG is the same as those treated with CsA.
