摘要
目的 :探讨 p170、p2 7在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及化疗对上述两种基因表达的影响。 方法 :采用免疫组化S P法检测了 3组共 5 6例NSCLC(其中腺癌 2 6例 ,鳞癌 30例 )患者 p170、p2 7的表达。 结果 :(1)未化疗组 (A组 ) p170阳性率为5 0 % (10 /2 0 ) ;化疗后 (B组 )阳性率为 77 78% (14/18) ;未化疗但经随访了解以后化疗效果不佳组 (C组 )为 88 89% (16 /18)。B、C两组与A组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。 (2 ) p2 73组差异无显著性 ,但肺鳞癌阳性指数 (LI)与腺癌及癌周正常支气管上皮 3者差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :检测肺癌组织中 p170表达对肺癌化疗有重要指导意义 ,并可提示疗效。p2 7基因表达与化疗无关 ,但与组织类型有关。
Purpose To investigate the expression of p170 and p27 in non small cell lung carcinomas(NSCLC) and its relation with chemotherapy. Methods LSAB immunohistochemistry was used to detect p170 and p27 protein in 3 groups (56 cases) of NSCLC. Twenty cases without being previously exposed to any anticancer drug (group A) as control group, 18 cases with having exposed to drug (group B) and 18 cases without treatment drug but have drug resistance by follow up(gropu C). Results (1) The positive rates of p170 in the above 3 groups were 50%(10/20), 77 78%(14/18) and 88 89%(16/18) respectively. There was a significant difference in groups B and C compared with group A ( P<0 01,P<0 05) . (2) There was no significance in expression of p27 among the 3 groups. The labelling index( LI ) of p27 in squamous cell carcinoma of the lung (SqCL), adenocarcinoma of the lung(ACL), normal bronchial epithelium(NBE) were 34 73±13 51,43 04±15 86, 54 53±12 78, respectively, and there was a significant difference in each other. Conclusions (1) Detection of p170 in carcinomous tissue has an instructive significance for chemotherapy of NSCLC.(2) Expressoin of p27 is closely related with histological type and has a critical value in differential diagnosis. This study dose not indicate a direct relationship between p27 and the effect of chemotherapy.
