摘要
目的 对国内外 5个企业的盐酸二甲双胍片进行体外溶出度考察 ,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 中国药典 2 0 0 0年版规定的方法。结果 5个企业在 5个时间点的累积溶出百分率均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the dissolution of metformin HCl of five formulations and to obtain the basis for its rational use. METHOD: According to the first method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2000) appendix XC, the rotational speed was 100 r · min-1 under the temperature (37.0 ± 0.5)°C. The content was measured by UV spectrophotometry at 233 nm. RESULTS: The dissolution of these samples at five time-point showed significant difference (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: The results may be used as the basis for rational use of the drug.
